    This is because the Webhook test is not being passed. The webhook is used to keep local comments synced with our server copy when you moderate using an external application. We are looking into why this failed but in the meantime I've manually changed your moderation type to 'Pre - Posts are approved before they appear'.

    Thanks
    Nigel

    Hi.

    This looks like it could be caused by a missing extension in php. Do you have access to your server's error logs at all?

    Thanks. are you able to edit xmlrpc.php on your server?

    If so, could you try changing line 25 from:

    $xml_obj = new SimpleXMLElement($HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA);

    to:

    $xml_obj = new SimpleXMLElement(file_get_contents('php://input'));

    and let me know if that fixes the problem.

    If you replace xmlrpc.php with the attached file it should work properly.

    Hi Peter,

    As per your mail i have upload your attached file and i have also changed
    http://www.jayantchaudhary.org/components/com_discussit/xmlrpc.php in Webhook
    Endpoint field instead of
    http://www.seowebsitedesigncompany.com/components/com_discussit/xmlrpc.php

    again showing same problem " Test failed Response from server does not
    contain valid XML " please resolved my problem.

    thanks

    Hi.

    Having a look at the directory http://www.seowebsitedesigncompany.com/components/com_discussit/ the xmlrpc file is incorrectly named it should be just "xmlrpc.php" not "xmlrpc.php_test".

    I'm not sure why this has happened.

    Please change the location of " Webhook Endpoint " file is "
    http://www.jayantchaudhary.org/components/com_discussit/xmlrpc.php" instead
    of "
    http://www.seowebsitedesigncompany.com/components/com_discussit/xmlrpc.php"

    Ok. One thing to try - go to the discussit component in joomla admin then add "&action=resetapi" to the end of the url in the address bar and press enter.

    You will then need to put your API key in again and this should set the webhook properly.

    does your xmlrpc.php have this on line 28?:

    $xml = file_get_contents('php://input');

    if not, add it before this line:

    $xml_obj = new SimpleXMLElement($xml);

    That should fix it.

    I have checked and see the below already code in this file :

    $db = JFactory::getDBO();
    $query = "SELECT val FROM `#__di_settings` WHERE name = 'widgetID' ";
    $db->setQuery($query);
     $widgetID = $db->loadResult();
     $xml = file_get_contents('php://input');
     $xml_obj = new SimpleXMLElement($xml);
    $method = '';
    $method = $xml_obj->methodName[0];

    I'm stuck for an answer. The only thing I can think of is turning off error reporting in PHP and seing if that fixes the problem.
